Sales Manager

Project Work Format:

• Remote work with optional office arrangements
• Project description in Confluence
• Task setting in Jira

Main Tasks:

• Identify potential clients through automated lead generation, manual searches on LinkedIn, and utilization of lead generation tools.
• Establish initial contact with potential clients, understanding their needs, and conducting/participating in introductory calls.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring effective communication and successful closures.
• Conduct business correspondence, including the preparation of emails, requests, and other necessary documents.
• Test new hypotheses to continually improve and optimize the sales process.
• Maintain an updated CRM system.

What We Expect from a Candidate:

• Proven experience in IT industry sales, lead generation, account management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in spoken and written English (C1+).
• Excellent pitching, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in IT sales in international markets
